Ingredients of Cream of peppers with the Thermomix

  • In order to prepare this dish,you need to gather the following products in the kitchen that will allow you to obtain about four servings:
  • 300 grams ofPeppers.
  • 1 garlic.
  • 40 grams ofonionchopped.
  • 600 grams of water.
  • Vegetables soup.
  • 100 milliliters ofcream.
  • 30 grams of olive oil.
  • Salt to taste.

Preparation of Cream of peppers with the Thermomix

  1. Once you have managed to gather all those ingredients,put on your apron and follow these instructions:
  2. Peel the garlic and cut it into pieces.
  3. Thoroughly clean the peppers and also proceed to cut them into pieces.
  4. Add the onion,the garlic and the oil to the robot glass.Schedule it tospeed 1and temperature 120ºfor about 3 minutes.
  5. Add the peppers to the glass and program the Thermomix again at the same speed and temperature as in the previous step but for 5 minutes.
  6. Add the water and the amount of vegetable broth that you consider appropriate.Program at speed 1 and temperature 100ºfor 15 minutes.
  7. Lastly,also pour in the cream and salt to programprogressive speedfor 1 minute.
