1 cauliflower of the size of your choice
75 grams of grated cheese to gratin the one of your choice
40 grams of chickpea flour or pastry flour
50 grams of milk
40 grams of butter

Preparation of cauliflower au gratin with thermomix

Wash the cauliflower very well and cut into bunches or small pieces.
Pour the water into the Thermomix bowl and position the varoma container, place the bunches or pieces of cauliflower inside the varoma container, program.

Preheat oven to 200°C.
Once the cooking time of the cauliflower is over, carefully remove the varoma container, pour the cauliflower into an oven-safe mold and reserve.
