Ingredients
- 360 grams of potatoes peeled and clicked
- 3 small garlic
- 160 grams of peeled prawns
- 60 grams of onion
- 210 grams of fresh and clean cockles
- 405 grams of clean mussels
- 55 grams of pepper
- Salt to taste
- 55 grams of olive oil
- 510 grams of fish broth
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 310 grams of cuttlefish chopped
- 60 grams of tomato sauce
Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
- Add the oil, onion, garlic and pepper to the glass of the robot. Program a
- speed 4/5 seconds.
- If pieces have remained on the walls of the glass, use a spatula and lower them. Then reprogram to
- spoon speed / 120º / 10 minutes.
- Add the tomato sauce, paprika and cuttlefish. Put the butterfly on the blades. And put the robot to work
- spoon speed / 120º / 3 minutes.
- The next step will be to add the salt and the broth. Program a
- spoon speed / 100º / 5 minutes.
- Put the Varoma in the robot and in that place the mussels and cockles. Add the potatoes to the glass. Kitchen to
- speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 15 minutes.
- Then remove the Varoma and reserve its content.
- Put the beaker and start the Thermomix at
- spoon speed / 100º / 10 minutes.
- Pour the contents of the glass into a casserole, where you will also add the prawns as well as the mussels and the shelled cockles. Stir everything well and serve.
