Lemon Ice Cream Ingredients with Thermomix
- The peel of 1 lemon without any white
- 400 grams semi-frozen ideal milk
- 150 grams lemon juice
- 150 plain sugar
- 50 grams invert sugar
- if we didn’t have and we can’t do it
- 200 grams sugar
Preparation of Lemon Ice Cream with Thermomix
- We put the sugar in our Thermomix bowl and grind
- 40 seconds / progressive speed 6-8-10
- We add the lemon peel and program
- 1 minute / progressive speed 6-8-10
- We put the butterfly on our thermomix blades and add the ideal milk
- speed 4 / no time (until doubled in volume)
- When we see that it is twice the volume, through the jar we put 150 grams of lemon juice, and the inverted sugar (if we have not decided to make it whole with normal sugar)
