In order to prepare this dish that we indicate,you must proceed to buy the following products that will allow you to obtainfour servings:
140 grams ofgrated coconut.
The juice of one lemon.
200 grams ofbread crumbs.
400 milliliters of water.
100 grams of oil.
Salt and ground pepper to taste.
Preparation of cold coconut soup in the Thermomix
hen you have managed to gather all these ingredients in the kitchen,put on your apron and follow these steps:
Start by chopping and then soaking the breadcrumbs.
In the glass of the Thermomix proceed to add a tablespoon of lemon juice,breadcrumbs,grated coconut as well as salt and pepper.Proceed to program the robot tospeed 7for about 40 seconds.
Then,through the mouthpiece,pour the olive oil and proceed to emulsifytemperature 37ºand maximum speed for approximately 5 minutes.
