Almond milk ingredients with thermomix

Preparation of milk with almonds with thermomix

  1. The first thing We put the almonds in a large bowl and add water until the almonds are covered a couple of centimeters above the almonds and we will leave them rest between 24 and 48 hours in the fridge
  2. we will remove the water where the almonds were soaking since they contain phytic acid which inhibits the body from absorbing nutrients
  3. We put the almonds and the liter of new water in our Thermomix bowl and program
  4. 1 minute / speed 10
  5. we strain the resulting milk over a jug squeezing the mass of almonds that remains to filter as much substance as possible
  6. We add sweetener to taste, our almond milk will be ready!!!
