1 onion
1 clove garlic
75 grams of olive oil
50 grams of white wine
100 grams of poultry stock or ½ bouillon cube.
10 grams of cornstarch
100 grams cream (optional and instead of cornstarch to make it creamier)
Salt and pepper to taste
