- 2 chicken thighs
- 1.5 liters of water.
- 1 carrot
- 1 leek.
- 1 onion.
- Salt to taste.
Instructions
- When you have gathered all the mentioned ingredients, proceed to follow these steps that we indicate:
- Peel the onion, leek, and carrot. Then cut them into pieces.
- Add to the robot glass both the onion and the leek, the carrot, the chicken and the salt. Then program that at speed 1 and Varoma temperature for about 50 minutes.
- After the aforementioned time you must proceed to crumble the chicken thighs.
- Then you must add them back to the soup. And that's it.
