Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt.

  • 700 grams of water.

Preparation

  3. Add the cheese, salt, pepper, eggs, pistachios and herbs, rosemary and thyme and program
  4. 15 seconds / reverse turn / speed 4
  5. We pour the mixture on a transparent film and wrapping it we give it the shape we want, in the shape of a cylinder or a loaf of bread is usually a good shape
  6. we make the roll by squeezing the content well and compacting it, we reserve and wash the glass
