- 1 pizza base to be prepared with 510 grams of flour, 5 centiliters of olive oil, 25 centiliters of water, half a teaspoon of salt and 1 sachet of yeast.
- 300 – 350 grams of mushrooms.
- 1 tablespoon of cream.
- Half of a Vacherin Mont-d’Or white cow’s milk cheese.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce.

- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
- Add the water and the oil in the robot glass and program to
- speed 4 / 37º / 1 minute.
- Afterwards, the yeast will have to be poured. put to work
