Ingredients of hake salad with thermomix

  • 2 potatoes peeled and washed
  • 1 package of sea sticks (crab sicedaneo)
  • 5 frozen hake fillets (without skin or bones)
  • 5 eggs

Preparation of hake salad with thermomix

  1. We put a liter and a half of water in our Thermomix bowl and put the basket with the eggs inside
  2. place the varoma container and put the potatoes cut into very thin slices
  3. Place the hake fillets on top of the potatoes and program
  4. 30 minutes / varoma temperature / speed 3
  5. at the end we take out the water and the basket of water, as well as the varoma container
  6. we put the sticks to our Thermomix bowl, along with the eggs and chop everything
  7. 5 seconds / speed 4
  8. Add the potatoes and hake and chop everything again
  9. 3 seconds / speed 4
  10. Add the mayonnaise and mix
  11. 5 seconds / speed 3
  12. Our hake salad is ready, we can put it in a mold to present it on the table in a more uniform way and with some prawns around it or some lettuce leaves and a little chopped crab on top
