Ingredients

500 grams of cauliflower in florets
Salt to taste
100 grams of chopped stale bread
2 eggs
Bread crumbs
205 grams of water
1 large garlic
Oil for frying
65 grams of cheese
Chopped fresh parsley to taste
65 grams of grated mozzarella

Preparation

When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Put the cauliflower in the basket of the robot and this in the Thermomix. Pour the water into the glass. Program a
speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 10 minutes.
Remove the basket, reserve the cauliflower and remove the water from the glass.
Add the parsley, the rest of the bread, the mozzarella, the cheese and the garlic to the glass. Put the robot to work
speed 10/15 seconds.
Pour in the cauliflower, salt, and an egg. Program a
speed 5/5 seconds.
With the contents of the glass, shape it into medium-sized balls.
