Ingredients
320 grams of cauliflower
520 grams of mussels already cleaned
40 grams of celery
210 grams of cream
120 grams of onion
35 grams of olive oil
310 grams of water
A pinch of nutmeg
35 grams of butter
Salt and ground pepper to taste
270 grams of chopped potatoes
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Add the butter, the onion, the celery and the oil to the glass of the robot. Program a
speed 5/4 seconds.
Then reprogram to
speed 1 / 120º / 8 minutes.
Then add the salt, water, cauliflower, potato and pepper to the glass. Program a
