Ingredients
- 1 kilo of cauliflower in florets
- 230 grams of gulas
- 700 grams of water
- 110 grams of onion
- 200 grams of pepper
- Salt to taste
- 102 grams of olive oil
- Chopped fresh parsley
- 32 grams of wine vinegar
Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
- Put the cauliflower in the Varoma and this in the robot. Also, pour the water into the glass. Program a
- speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 40 minutes.
- Remove the Varoma and reserve the cauliflower.
- Pour the water out of the glass.
- Except for the eels and cauliflower, add the other ingredients to the glass and program to
- speed 5/3 seconds.
- In a bowl, pour the gulas and the contents of the glass. Mix everything well and then, to serve, pour that mixture over the cauliflower.
