Ingredients
- For the shortcrust pastry:
- A little salt
- Half a cup of water
- 155 grams of flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 65 grams of cold butter
- For the stuffing:
- 4 medium eggs
- 250 grams of beer
- 225 grams of brown sugar
- 2 or 3 butter hazelnuts
Instructions
- When you've gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps we've outlined:
- To prepare the dough, pour the butter and flour into the robot's glass.
- Give it three or four strokes of Turbo. Then add the salt, water and vanilla sugar and set at spike speed / 90 seconds.
- Then spread the dough on a cake pan and prick that one with a fork.
- For the filling, add the brown sugar and eggs to the glass. Program at speed 6 / 30 seconds.
- Then add the beer and start the robot at speed 4 / 1 minute.
- Pour the contents of the glass over the dough in the mould and place the butter nuts on top.
- Put the mould in the oven, previously heated, and keep it there for about 35 minutes at about 200º.
