Ingredients
- 500 grams of strong flour
- 30 grams of fresh compressed yeast
- 100 grams of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 grams of milk
- 5 grams of salt
- 70 grams of lard
Instructions
- To start the recipe beat an egg, half put it in our glass of thermomix, the other half, we reserve Add to the glass the rest of the eggs, flour, yeast, milk, 70 grams of sugar and salt and mash 6 minutes / speed spike

- Place each ball on a baking tray lined with baking paper and let the dough continue to gain volume, leaving it to rest for 1 hour
- Preheat the oven to 220º. Bake a ball of dough for 4 minutes at 220º.
- Take the ball out of the oven and brush it with the reserved beaten egg.
- Sprinkle with sugar (30g).
- Put it back in the oven and bake for 6-7 minutes more (it should be golden).
- Remove from the oven and leave to cool on the rack.
- Repeat the baking process with the other dough.
- Our Alicante tña will be ready.
