We sprinkle flour on the worktop or wherever we go to work and put the dough there
We knead for a few minutes with our hands and divide the dough into two parts and make balls
Place each ball on a baking tray lined with baking paper and let the dough continue to gain volume, leaving it to rest for 1 hour
Preheat the oven to 220º. Bake a ball of dough for 4 minutes at 220º.
Take the ball out of the oven and brush it with the reserved beaten egg.
Sprinkle with sugar (30g).
Put it back in the oven and bake for 6-7 minutes more (it should be golden).
Remove from the oven and leave to cool on the rack.
