  • 🔸6 g of chemical yeast

  • 🔸Ceylon cinnamon to taste 🌿

  • 🔸Anise from La Asturiana (or the one of your preference)

👩‍🍳 Step by step preparation

1️⃣ Mix the ingredients

In a large bowl, beat the butter with erythritol until obtaining a homogeneous cream.
Add the egg and a splash of aniseand mix well.
