Ingredients of perfect onion rings made in air frying

- 🌾 100 g of wheat flour

- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥛 2 tablespoons of milk (it can be vegetable)
- 🍞 150 g of breadcrumbs (you can use Panko for more crunch)
- 🫒 olive oil spray
- 🥣 Dip to taste (Kétchup, Alioli, Mustaza-Miel, everything goes!)

- Cut the onions with care:
- Peel the onions and cut them into slices of about 1 cm thick. Carefully separate the interior hoops, trying to be whole and firm.
