  • 🌰 Pistachios (peeled)

  • 🥚 1 egg

  • 🥛 Milk (approx. 150 ml, depending on mold size)

  • 🍬 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 🍯 Liquid candy for the mold


🔥 Step by step preparation

Step 1: Crush and mix

  1. Crush the pistachios until obtaining a fine powder. For an even creamier flan, you can use pistachio cream next time.

  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed pistachioshe eggthe milk and the sugar until all the ingredients are well integrated.

Step 2: Prepare the mold

  1. Distribute the candy at the bottom of your air fryer-safe mold.

  2. Pour the flan mixture over the caramel.

  3. Cover with foilmake a small hole for the steam to escape.

Step 3: Cook in the air fryer

  1. Place the mold in the air fryer preheated to 185°C.

  2. Cook during 18 minutesuntil the flan sets slightly but maintains its characteristic softness.

Step 4: Cooling and serving

  1. Let cool to room temperature and then refrigerate. minimum 4 hours before unmolding.
