Mozzarella stick ingredients in air fryer (Airfryer)
- 🧀 200 g of block mozzarella (better than grated)
- 🍞 1 cup grated bread
- 🧂 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 🌿 1/2 teaspoon of dry oregano
- 🧂 salt and pepper to taste
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🌾 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 🫒 olive oil spray (optional)
Preparation of Mozzarella sticks in air frying (Airfryer)
- Cut the mozzarella into canes about 7-8 cm long and 1 cm thick.
- Prepare three containers: one with flour, another with beaten eggs and another with grated bread mixed with garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Reboza the sticks each through the flour, then through the egg and finally through the breadcrumbs. If you want them to be more crispy, repeat the passage of egg and breadcrumbs once again (double batter).
- Place them on a tray and freeze for 30 minutes so that they do not fall apart when cooking them.
- Preheat the air fryer at 200 ºC (if your model allows).
- Spray the sticks with spray oil and place them in the fryer basket without piling up.
- Kitchen for 6-8 minutes, turning around half the time, until golden and crispy.
