Many are the desserts you can prepare for a lunch or dinner when you have guests at home. However, one of the most successful is the one we are going to show you now: Alsatian cheese cake with Thermomix.

It is a recipe of French origin that has an exquisite taste and that will allow you to surprise your guests.
When you've gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps we've outlined:
In the robot's glass, add the butter, flour and a spoonful of vanilla sugar. Program at spike speed / 30 seconds.
Then add the water and program at ear speed / 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Spread the dough you have prepared and then place it in a cake mould, previously greased, and prick it with a fork. To prepare the cheese, beat the egg whites and pour them into the glass of the robot, where you will have placed the mixer, together with a little salt. Set at 3.5 / 4 minutes.
Set aside. Add the egg yolks and the other ingredients to make the cheese. Run the Thermomix at 3.5 / 1 minute.
Then add the egg whites and program at speed 2/30 seconds.
Pour the contents of the glass over the dough you have in the tin and put it in the oven, previously heated. Keep it there for 40 minutes at 180º.
