BASE
170 grams cookies (of which you have)
75 grams melted butter
FILL 1
600 grams cream cheese
200 grams ricotta cheese
130 grams sugar
Vanilla
4 eggs
1 tablespoon cornstarch
APPLES LAYER
5 apples (of the variety you have)
80 grams brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
50 grams raisins macerated in a little rum.
(you can macerate them in orange juice)
CUMBLE
80 grams wheat flour
50 grams cereal flakes
60 grams brown sugar
80 grams butter (very cold)

BASE
Cookies in the glass,

Pour into a bowl and add the melted butter. Mingle.
Line the base and sides of the mold with baking paper. We overturn the dough and distribute by surface. We put in the fridge.
FILL 1

APPLES LAYER
Peel the apples and cut into wedges.
Add the raisins, sugar and cinnamon.

We will put them in the oven at 180 °, heat up and down for about 25 minutes

Preheated oven to 160°, heat up and down.
We bake about 50/55 minutes
Turn off and leave in the oven with the door ajar for about 30 min.
Remove and let cool.
Once cold and without demolding, we put it in the fridge for about 3/4 hours, so that it finishes settling.
