Ingredients of Artichoke Meatballs with thermomix
- 100 grams of onion cut into quarters
- 1 or 2 cloves of garlic
- 30 grams of extra virgin olive oil (plus a little more for spreading)
- 400 grams of artichoke hearts cut into quarters
- 50 grams of dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 100 grams of lettuce cut in julienne
- 110 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
- 120 grams of cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 20 grams of breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
Preparation of Artichoke Meatballs with thermomix
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Put the onion and garlic in the glass and chop
- 3 seconds / speed 5
- Using the spatula, lower the vegetables to the bottom of the mixing bowl.
- Add the oil and the artichoke hearts and program
- 5 minutes / 100°C / speed 1
- Add the wine and program
- 15 minutes / 100°C / speed 1
- Add the parsley and lettuce and program
- 3 minutes / Varoma / speed 1
- Wait a few minutes for the temperature to drop and blend 30 sec/speed
- Using the spatula, lower the vegetables to the bottom of the mixing bowl. Add 80 g of Parmesan cheese, the cottage cheese, the egg, the breadcrumbs, the salt and the pepper and mix
- 30 seconds / speed 3
- Remove from glass and let cool for approximately 45 minutes.
- Form small meatballs and pass them through the grated cheese
- remaining. Place them in a refractory mold greased with oil and
- bake for 20-25 minutes (180°C). Serve immediately.
