- 500 grams of chopped pork ribs
- 410 grams of cooked chickpeas
- 210 grams of cured chorizo chopped
- 45 grams of olive oil
- 62 grams of macaroni
- 260 grams of chopped cabbage
- 110 grams of onion
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 3 small garlic
- 610 grams of water
- 130 grams of tomato crushed
Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
- Add salt and pepper to the ribs. Reservation.
- Add the oil, garlic and onion to the glass of the robot. Program a
- speed 5/3 seconds.
- Then run the robot at
- speed 1 / 120º / 8 minutes.
- The next step will be to pour the chorizo, ribs and tomato into the glass. Program a
- speed 1 / reverse turn / 120º / 5 minutes.
- Put the cabbage in the Varoma and put it in the Thermomix. Next, add the stock cube and the water into the glass. Program a
- spoon speed / reverse turn / Varoma temperature / 25 minutes.
- Remove the Varoma and reserve the cabbage.
- Add the pasta to the glass and start the Thermomix at
- spoon speed / reverse turn / Varoma temperature / 7 minutes.
- Now you just have to pour the contents of the glass into a source where you will also have to add the chickpeas and cabbage. Mix everything well.
