- 2 small eggplants
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 300 grams of mushrooms
- 2 small zucchini
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 60 grams of grated mozzarella cheese
- 50 grams of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation of vegetarian pizza with thermomix
- We begin the preparation of this recipe with the basic dough, add the water, the yeast, the oil to the Thermomix bowl, program.
- 40 seconds / Temperature 37° / Speed 2.
- Then pour in the flour and salt, program.
- 30 seconds / Speed 6.
- When all the ingredients are mixed, form a ball or bun and let it rest for 40 minutes to 1 hour to increase the volume.
- While the dough is resting, it is time to prepare the filling for the pizza.
- Cut the aubergines, the peppers, both red and yellow, the courgettes, the mushrooms into strips and the garlic cloves, crush them.
- Preheat the oven to 180° C, then on the work table, pour a little flour and spread the dough (giving it the shape you want) with the help of a rolling pin.
- Place the extended dough to bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
- When the dough is half cooked, remove it from the oven, add the tomato sauce, sprinkle a little oregano and pour the vegetables cut into strips.
