Ingredients

In order to prepare this dish that we are dealing with now, you must have the following products, which will allow you to obtain approximately six servings:
2 zucchini
6 mushrooms
6 eggs
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
1 onion
A little cayenne pepper
1 carrot
150 grams of cheddar cheese cut into small cubes
2 slices of bacon or bacon
30 grams of coconut flour
Aromatic herbs to taste, such as, for example, oregano

Preparation

Once you have the aforementioned set of ingredients, it is time for you to start preparing this exquisite dish:
Proceed to grate the cheese in the Thermomix, placing his dice at a
speed 6 for about five or six seconds.
Next, proceed to add the onion, zucchini and carrot to be able to chop them. Do it during
5 seconds / speed 5.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl of the kitchen robot, with the exception of aromatic herbs and mushrooms.
Mix them at speed 4 for four seconds, then stir with the spatula and do the same again in time and speed.
Then proceed to add the herbs, mushrooms, pepper and salt.
Finally, you will have to proceed to place the resulting mixture in a baking tray, previously greased, and proceed to introduce it and keep it in it for about 40 – 45 minutes at 180º C.
