Ingredients
- In order to prepare this recipe of Greco-Roman origin you need to gather the
- following products in the kitchen:
- 6 sheets of precooked lasagna.
- 150 grams of carrot.
- 400 grams of zucchini.
- 200 grams of eggplant.
- 50 grams of olive oil.
- 1 medium onion.
- 200 grams of grated cheese.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
- Once you've gathered all those ingredients, put on your apron and follow these
- directions:
- Peel the carrots, the eggplant and the zucchini as well as the onion.
- Then chop them up. Follow the directions on the bottle packaging and soak them
- for as long as you are told.
- Add the onion and carrots to the robot glass together with the oil and program
- it at speed 2 left turn and Varoma temperature for 5 minutes. Then, place the
- butterfly on the blades of the Thermomix and proceed to add the eggplant and
- zucchini as well as the salt and pepper. Program at speed 1 and Varoma
- temperature for about 15 minutes.
- If after that time there is still water, drain it.
- Reserve these vegetables.
- You will have to prepare a bechamel with your robot.
- On a baking sheet you will have to start setting the lasagna.
- The assembly of the same has to be supported in the following order: foil,
- vegetables and béchamel.
