200 gr feta cheese
50 gr of oat flakes
3 peeled carrots
1 egg
fresh dill
a pinch of cumin
a pinch of paprika
salt

Preparation of vegetarian carrot and feta meatballs with thermomix

We start by placing the carrots in pieces in the Thermomix glass and grating them with two Turbo hits / 1 second
Add the cheese in pieces, the egg, chopped fresh dill to taste, oat flakes, cumin, paprika and salt.

Using a spatula, gently scrape the mixture for an additional 3-4 seconds if necessary, until you get a slightly lumpy rather than smooth texture.
