For the sofrito:

1 teaspoon of sugar.
Rest:
1 jar of Philadelphia cheese of 200 grams.

Instructions

Put the leeks, cut into slices, chop 5 or 6 seconds at speed 4. Put the
butterfly on the blades.
Add butter, oil and sugar to program 30 minutes, 100º, speed 1. When finished,
add the rest of the ingredients, beat a little on speed 2 and program 7 minutes
90º, speed 1 ½.
When done, set 2 minutes without temperature on speed 1 and let heat drop to
dump quickly into a Tupper crown pan or to taste.
