Ingredients
- For the sofrito:
- 500 gr. leek, only the white part, the bitter green.
- 100 gr. butter at room temperature.
- 30 gr. of oil.
- 1 teaspoon of sugar.
- Rest:
- 1 jar of Philadelphia cheese of 200 grams.
- 250 gr. of liquid cream.
- 5 eggs.
- 2 tablets of broth or salt.
- Pepper, nutmeg, and a hint of cayenne powder (optional)
Instructions
- Put the leeks, cut into slices, chop 5 or 6 seconds at speed 4. Put the
- butterfly on the blades.
- Add butter, oil and sugar to program 30 minutes, 100º, speed 1. When finished,
- add the rest of the ingredients, beat a little on speed 2 and program 7 minutes
- 90º, speed 1 ½.
- When done, set 2 minutes without temperature on speed 1 and let heat drop to
- dump quickly into a Tupper crown pan or to taste.
