Ingredients of Thousand leaves of smoked salmon with Thermomix

  • 200g smoked trout or salmon.
  • 200g Philadelphia cheese.
  • 70g of water.
  • 3 sheets of gelatin.
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice.
  • 2 teaspoons of dried dill or 2 sprigs of fresh dill.
  • Freshly ground white pepper.

Preparation of thousand leaves of smoked salmon with Thermomix

  1. Put the gelatin in cold water for 2 or 3 minutes to hydrate. We reserve
