- 3 or 4 garlic.
- Half kilo of desalted cod.
- A bit of chilli.
- 100 grams of olive oil.
- 150 grams of water.
Preparation of Recipe of cod al pil pil with the Thermomix
- Now, put on your apron and get ready to prepare this dish that will become a true delicacy at home:
- The first thing is that you proceed to peel the garlic and the slices, just like chilli. This is optional.
