- 8 squid
- Salt, black pepper and coloring to taste
- 350 grams of water
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic
- 80 grams of white wine
- A splash of olive oil
- For the filling:
- 2 cans of tuna
- Salt to taste
- 2 small garlic
- Squid legs
Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
- Clean the squid, leaving aside what their legs are.
- Add the legs, tuna and garlic, as well as the salt, to the glass of the robot. Program a
- speed 6/5 seconds.
- Then fill the squid with the contents of the glass. So that the filling does not come out, use toothpicks.
- Next, put the squid in the basket and reserve.
- To the Thermomix bowl, add the onion and garlic. Program a
- speed 5/5 seconds.
- Add the oil and put the robot to work
