Ingredients
for the bread
- 230 grams of flour
- 85 grams of milk
- 80 grams of water
- 25 grams of fresh pressed yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of sugar

For the battered squid
- 350 grams of fresh squid (in pieces or in rings)
- 100 grams of flour
- 500 grams of oil for frying
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
to make our bread
- To start making our bread, we will put the water and milk with the salt and sugar in the Thermomix bowl, add the yeast and program
- 2 minutes / 40ºC / speed 2
- Add the flour and knead
- 2 minutes / spike function
- We take out the dough and make a ball and put a little flour on top to handle it better and that it does not bite us and then let it rest covered with a bowl
