7 bananas that are neither too hard nor too ripe
Preparation
Once you have gathered that fruit, follow these steps that we indicate:
Peel the bananas and put them in a freezer bag. Put them in the freezer for about 4-5 hours.
Take out the bananas, cut them in half and add them to the robot’s glass. Program a
progressive speed 5 – 10/20 seconds.
Then reprogram to
speed 5/1 minute.
Now you can serve the ice cream directly or put it back in the freezer if you are not going to consume it immediately. In the latter case, you must remember that, after the first half hour in that one, you must move it so that it achieves the texture of an ice cream.
