Preparation of Idiazabal cheese ice cream with thermomix

1. first of all we will put the gelatin sheets in cold water to hydrate, we will put them one by one, not all at once
2. We start by putting the milk in our Thermomix bowl and program
3. 2 minutes / 50º / speed 1
4. Drain the gelatin sheets and add them to the Thermomix bowl, mix everything
5. 7 seconds / speed 4
6. Put the content in a bowl and reserve.
7. Without washing the glass of Thermomix we add the rest of the ingredients, cream, sugar, cheese, the white of the egg, a few drops of lemon and salt and pepper to taste and mix the elements
8. 1 minute / speed 3
9. Add the milk with gelatin and let it cool in the Thermomix bowl
10. We put it in a wide tray-type container, where we can later use it with an ice cream scoop and put the mixture in the freezer for a minimum of 3 hours.
