Yogurt and blueberry ice cream with thermomix

Preparation

1. We put the stevia, dates and chop in our Thermomix bowl
2. 5 seconds / speed 8
3. Add the blueberries and chop
4. 3 seconds / speed 5
5. Add the Greek yogurt and mix everything
6. 10 seconds / reverse turn / speed 3
7. Pour into a container and freeze for a minimum of 10 hours.
8. Once frozen, transfer the frozen mixture to the refrigerator for 30 minutes, cut into large pieces and put the pieces back in our Thermomix bowl
9. 40 seconds / speed 8
10. Serve immediately.
