1 or 2mangoes.
500 grams of ice.
1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
100 grams ofsugar.

After buying all the ingredients,it’s time to get down to work to get a delicious sorbet.For that you have to follow these steps:
The first thing will be to peel the mangoes and cut them into pieces.
Then,you have to add the sugar to the robot’s glass and program it to
progressive speed 5-10 for about 15 seconds.
Then,pour the lemon juice and the mango into the glass.Program the Thermomix at the same speed and time as in the previous step.
Then add the ice cubes and program at progressive speed 5-10 for about 2 minutes.
