Protein yogurt ingredients with thermomix
- 90 g UHT skimmed milk, 0.1% fat, chilled (preferably in the freezer 1 hour before)
- 2-3 ice cubes
- 1 small pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp 2.5 g xylitol or saccharin
- 10g protein powder
Preparation of protein yogurt with thermomix
- Place the slightly frozen milk in a tall mug (or mixing bowl).
- Add ice cubes and puree
- 5 seconds / speed 9
- we put the butterfly on the blades
- then beat for a few minutes until the milk is thick like cream
- 3 minutes / speed 4
- Add the sugar and protein powder and beat again briefly.
- Serve immediately.
