Orange and ginger jam ingredients with thermomix

800 grams of orange (peeled, without white part)
The skin of an orange and a half, without the white, washed and chopped into small strips
Juice of half a lemon
25 grams of fresh ginger, already peeled, minced
330 grams of sugar
1 tablespoon of honey (optional, you can change it for another 25 g of sugar)

Preparation of orange and ginger jam with thermomix

We place the 800 grams of oranges in pieces in our Thermomix bowl and crush, we give it 2 blows of turbo and then
20 seconds / speed 6
Add the other ingredients, the orange skin, the juice, the ginger and the sugar and program
45 minutes / 100ºC / turn to the left / speed 2
once finished we program again
5 minutes / varoma temperature / turn to the left / speed 2
if we like it thicker we will repeat these 5 minutes again and everything is the same, if we like it more liquid it should be like this
We are filling some clean and sterilized jars (otherwise our jam will spoil) filled to the top, we cover it and put it upside down until it cools, when they are cold we take them to the fridge
If we want to keep the jam for a while, we must cook the jars in a bain-marie to make them empty
