Ingredients

Preparation

- 7 minutes / 90ºC / speed 4
- at the end we put the liquid cream and program
- 7 seconds / speed 5
- once finished let it rest inside the glass for 45 minutes
- after 46 minutes we put it in a container and put it in the freezer for 3 hours
- then we put the ice cream back in our thermomix and mix again
- 30 seconds / speed 6
- the ice crystals will be eliminated like this and we will return to put 3 hours in the freezer
