Mango Mousse ingredients with the Thermomix

  • 3 sheets of gelatin.
  • 250 grams of whipped cream.
  • The juice of alemon.
  • 150 grams ofcondensed milk.
  • 4egg whitesmounted.

Preparation of mango mousse with the Thermomix

  1. With all those ingredients already in the kitchen,all you have to do is follow these instructions:
  2. Peel the mangoes and cut them into pieces.
  3. On the other hand,put the gelatin in a bowl of water so that it hydrates.
  4. Add the mango pieces to the glass and program the robot to
  5. speed 5/for 1 minute.
  6. Also pour in the condensed milk and set the Thermomix to
  7. speed 4/for 30 seconds.
