- 800 grams of Skrëi cod loin
- 50 grams of grated Parmesan.
- 75 grams of leek in thick slices.
- 150 grams of water.
- 1/2 teaspoon of fish concentrate.
- 60 grams of brandy.
- 150 grams of almond milk
- 20 grams of corn starch (cornstarch)
- 20 grams of extra virgin olive oil.
- 1 black truffle in fine slices.
- Salt.
