Ingredients
600 grams of large sardines
4 peeled tomatoes
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon of turmeric
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
1 glass of water
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Begin the preparation by washing the sardines very well, removing the viscera, the head, the tail and the backbone, leaving only the sardine meat.
Once clean, place them in the Thermomix bowl and add the ginger powder, turmeric, chopped parsley, salt and pepper, program.
20 seconds / Speed 10.
With this mixture or sardine dough, form balls or meatballs with the help of your hands moistened with water. Reserve.
On the other hand, wash and dry the Thermomix bowl very well, add the garlic cloves and the onion cut into pieces, program.
5 seconds / Speed 5.
Once the garlic and onion have been chopped, with the help of the spatula lower the remains of garlic and onion adhering to the walls of the Thermomix bowl, then add olive oil and program.

When the sauce is ready, add the peeled and chopped tomatoes, the teaspoon of sugar (to level the acidity), a little more salt and pepper, and the glass of water. Also, place the sardine meatballs in the varoma container and place it in its position, program.
