Ingredients of Diuretic tisane with thermomix
- 10 cardamom pods
- 10 grams of ginger
- 2 sprigs of mint
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 5 black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon fennel tea
- ½ lemon cut into slices
- 1200 grams of water
Preparation of diuretic tisane with thermomix
- For the preparation of this diuretic tisane with thermomix, pour the water into the thermomix glass and place the basket in its position, inside the basket add the seeds of the cardamom pods and the ginger cut into pieces, program.
- 12 minutes / Temperature 100° / Speed 1.
- Once the programmed time is over, add the mint sprigs along with the cinnamon stick, the peppercorns and the teaspoon of fennel and program.
- 3 minutes / Temperature 100° / Speed 1.
- Leave to infuse for about 5 minutes in the thermomix glass and cover.
- Then carefully remove the basket and pour into a glass jug along with the sliced lemon.
