Spaghetti with shrimp sauce with thermomix

Preparation

2. Once the pasta is cooked, remove it from the glass and add it to a bowl and let it rest for a few minutes.
3. In the same glass of the thermomix, add the onion cut into pieces and the clove of garlic, program.
4. 5 seconds / Speed ​​5.
5. With the help of a spatula, lower the remains of onion and garlic that have adhered to the walls of the Thermomix bowl, add the olive oil and program.
6. 5 minutes / Temperature 120° / Spoon speed.
7. Once the sauce is ready, add the tomato sauce, and program.
8. 6 minutes / Temperature 120° / Spoon speed.
9. Then, pour the white wine, the cream, the shrimp, a little pepper and chopped parsley, program.
