- 250 grams of broccoli
- 1 medium onion
- 72 grams of cooked brown rice
- 30 grams of grated mozzarella
- Garlic powder and ground pepper to taste
- 40 grams of emmental cheese grated
Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow these steps that we indicate:
- Add the broccoli and onion to the glass. Program a
