Ingredients
12 – 14 fresh cockles
2 fresh hake loins without skin or bones (approx. 125 g) seasoned
2 slices of York ham
2 slices of sandwich cheese
1 clove garlic
40 grams of onion
30 grams of olive oil
1 pinch of sweet paprika
50 grams of dry white wine
50 grams of water
1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
Preparation
Put the cockles in a bowl with cold water and salt to release the sand.
Cut each hake fillet lengthwise to obtain 4 thin fillets and lightly mash them.
Put on 2 of the fillets a slice of ham and another of cheese and cover with the other 2 fillets.
Press them lightly and wrap them in cling film.
Place them on the Varoma tray and reserve.
Put the garlic, onion and oil in the glass. Chop

Add the paprika, wine and water.
