Ingredients
The first thing is that you agree to buy each and every one of the products you need to make it. And these are the following:
About 400 grams of salmon, half fresh and half smoked.
Lemon juice.
1 onion.
Water.
1 envelope of jelly.
a lemon rind.
Fried tomato.
Salt and pepper.
Preparation
Once all those ingredients are in the kitchen, it’s time to put on your apron and start preparing this tasty dish, ideal as a starter:
The first thing to do is to mix the water in a bowl, which should be cold, with a few tablespoons of lemon juice.
Mix to which the gelatin will be added and it will keep like that for about two minutes.
Then a little hot water will be added until it dissolves. This mixture will be reserved.
Then you will start by adding the lemon rind to the glass of the food processor and chopping

Next, the rest of the ingredients will be added to the aforementioned Thermomix container, including the solution that was reserved.
The robot will be activated at speed nine and all the aforementioned elements will be mixed for approximately forty seconds.
In case they are not done fine puree, they will be allowed a few more seconds until the result is the desired one.
Then proceed to pour the mixture into a few tiny molds, with the desired shape, and they will be placed in the refrigerator.
