Ingredients

  • The first thing is that you agree to buy each and every one of the products you need to make it. And these are the next:
  • About 400 grams of salmon, half fresh and half smoked.
  • Lemon juice.
  • 1 onion.
  • Water.
  • 1 sachet of gelatine.
  • A lemon rind.
  • Fried tomato.
  • Salt and pepper.

Instructions

  1. Once all those ingredients are in the kitchen, it's time to put on your apron and start preparing this tasty dish, ideal as a starter:
  2. First, mix the water in a bowl, which should be cold, with a few spoonfuls of lemon juice. Add the gelatine to this mixture and leave it there for approximately two minutes.
  3. Then add some hot water until it dissolves. This mixture is then set aside.
  4. Then start by adding the lemon peel to the food processor glass and chop it up for 10 seconds / speed 8
  5. The remaining ingredients, including the reserved solution, are then added to the Thermomix container.
  6. The robot will be activated at speed nine and all the elements mentioned will be mixed for about forty seconds.
  7. If they are not finely mashed, leave them for a few more seconds until the result is as desired.
  8. Then pour the mixture into small moulds, in the desired shape, and put them in the refrigerator.
  9. At the time of serving, they will be taken out and will be plated as desired.
