Ingredients of Salmon nigiris recipe with the Thermomix

  • To get four servings of this recipe,you must have the following products:
  • several thin sheets offresh salmonpreviously frozen to avoid anisakis.
  • 300–350 grams of rice
  • 1 liter of water.
  • 35–40 grams of salt.
  • 80 grams of sugar.
  • 200-250 grams of rice vinegar

Preparation of Salmon nigiris Recipe with the Thermomix

  1. Once you have all the products in the kitchen,you have to put on your apron and start preparing the recipe at hand:
  2. The first thing will be to prepare thedressing to be used for nigiris.For that you have to pour vinegar,sugar and salt into the glass of the Thermomix.It will be programmed at a temperature of 80ºand speed 2 for about 4 minutes.Then the result will be reserved and allowed to cool.

  5. Then,seven or eight tablespoons of the dressing will be added to the rice and mixed well.
  6. Rice ballswith the size of a croquette will be the ones that will be made,wetting your hands with water,and thenplace a thin slice of salmon on top.
